Branch Manager

Dove & Hawk are working alongside a multi-branch independent agency with reach across the London and Essex markets. They have begun the search for an experienced Branch Manager for their opening office in Stoke Newington. This role will suit someone with 5+ years’ experience who has aspirations of growing the team.

Duties/Function of the role:

• Take full responsibility for the branch’s day-to-day operation and commercial performance.
• Lead, motivate and develop the branch team.
• Set and achieve monthly and annual sales, valuation and revenue targets.
• Generate new business and secure instructions through valuations, prospecting and relationship building.
• Conduct market appraisals and provide accurate property valuations.
• Develop strong relationships with vendors, landlords, buyers and applicants.
• Monitor sales progression and ensure transactions move efficiently through to completion.
• Manage negotiations and help maximise branch revenue.
• Develop and maintain strong local relationships and market presence.
• Monitor individual and branch KPIs and take action where performance is below target.
• Coach team members through regular one-to-ones, training and performance reviews.
• Ensure excellent customer service and deal effectively with complaints.
• Maintain compliance with company procedures and relevant property legislation.
• Work closely with other branches and the regional management team.

Requirements of the role:

• 5+ years’ experience working in Stoke Newington.
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
• A proven track record of generating valuations and closing sales.
• Immaculate presentation.
• A confident and personable approach to property sales.

Salary Budgets: up to £35,000 + on the Basic, £80,000 OTE

Required working hours: Monday to Friday 8.30am-6pm, Saturdays 9am – 5pm
