An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Property Litigation Solicitor to join a highly regarded law firm based in Central Cardiff, with ambitious plans for continued growth.

This is an excellent opportunity for a solicitor with at least two years’ PQE who is looking to join a strong and established property litigation practice and take the next step in their career.

The firm has an excellent reputation for the quality of its legal work and has particular strength across property, social housing and litigation. Its client base includes major organisations within the housing and property sectors, providing exposure to a varied and high quality caseload.

The successful solicitor will handle a broad range of contentious property matters, which may include leasehold disputes, landlord and tenant issues, service charge disputes, possession and forfeiture proceedings, building safety matters and wider property litigation.

You will be joining an experienced team with a strong track record and will have the opportunity to take responsibility for your own matters, work directly with clients and become involved in increasingly complex and interesting disputes.
