The Opportunity

A highly respected regional law firm is looking to appoint an experienced Residential Property Solicitor, Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer to join its established Residential Property team.

The Team

You will become part of a large and successful Residential Property department, working alongside experienced fee earners and support staff across multiple office locations. The team handles a broad range of conveyancing matters and benefits from a strong reputation in the local market, generating a consistent flow of quality work.

The Role

You will manage your own residential conveyancing caseload from instruction through to completion, ensuring a seamless client experience throughout the transaction process.

Matters will include:

• Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
• Remortgages
• Shared ownership transactions
• Right to Buy matters
• Country and high-value properties
• Leases and easements
• Other residential property transactions

Key Responsibilities

• Managing a varied residential conveyancing caseload independently
• Delivering exceptional client service throughout the transaction lifecycle
• Maintaining compliance with legal, regulatory and industry requirements
• Keeping up to date with conveyancing legislation and best practice
• Supporting colleagues and sharing knowledge across the team
• Participating in networking, marketing and business development activities where appropriate

About You

You will be:

• A qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer
• Experienced in Residential Property law with 5+ years PQE
• Confident handling a wide range of conveyancing matters independently
• Commercially aware with excellent client relationship skills
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail
• A collaborative team player who enjoys working in a supportive environment
• An excellent communicator with strong negotiation skills
