Commercial Property Solicitor (2 PQE) | London

A leading private client and commercial law firm is seeking a talented Commercial Property Solicitor (c.2 years' PQE) to join its highly regarded London-based Real Estate team.

This is an excellent opportunity to work with an established and prestigious client base, including major London estates, private investors, family offices, property companies, developers, financial institutions and high-net-worth individuals from the UK and internationally.

The Role

You will advise on a broad range of high-quality commercial property matters, including:

• Commercial landlord and tenant work
• Asset management and managed office transactions
• Investment acquisitions and disposals
• Property finance matters
• Development projects
• Title reviews, due diligence and reporting
• Portfolio management work

You will have:

• Approximately 2+ years' PQE gained within a commercial property team
• Strong commercial landlord and tenant experience
• Experience gained at a reputable City, West End or leading regional firm
• Excellent academics, ideally a 2:1 degree or equivalent
• Strong technical and drafting skills
• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple matters and deadlines
• A commercial and client-focused approach
• Confidence dealing directly with high-profile clients
• A proactive attitude and strong team ethic

Experience of investment sales and acquisitions, real estate finance and development projects would be advantageous.
