We're recruiting for an experienced Property Manager or Senior Property Manager to join a highly respected and growing estate agency in Norfolk, based at their Dereham office.

This is an excellent opportunity for a lettings and property management professional to take responsibility for a residential portfolio, work alongside an established team and develop their career within a progressive and successful business.

The Role

As a Property Manager / Senior Property Manager, you will:

• Manage a portfolio of residential properties and tenancies
• Oversee the full tenancy management cycle
• Ensure properties and tenancies remain compliant with current legislation
• Manage maintenance issues and coordinate repairs efficiently
• Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, tenants and contractors
• Handle property queries professionally and deliver excellent customer service
• Work closely with the wider lettings team to maintain high service standards
• Manage your workload effectively and contribute to the continued growth of the branch

Property Manager / Senior Property Manager Requirements

• Previous experience within lettings, property management, estate agency or social housing
• Good understanding of current lettings legislation and upcoming legislative changes
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Confident and professional telephone manner
• Excellent organisational and administration skills
• Confident using CRM systems and Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook and Excel
• Ability to prioritise workloads and work effectively under pressure
• Mature, proactive and able to work independently
• Genuine team player with a positive, can-do attitude
• Committed to personal development and keen to progress
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
