Weekend Housekeeper

LOCATION: Londonderry

SHIFT PATTERN: Sat/Sun – 7am – 3:30pm, part time

PAY RATE: £12.71 per hour

Responsibilities

• Perform thorough cleaning and sanitization of assigned areas including offices, restrooms, hallways, and common spaces during weekends.
• Ensure all cleaning tasks are completed to the highest standards in accordance with ABM UK protocols and client requirements.
• Maintain and organize cleaning supplies and equipment, reporting any shortages or malfunctions promptly.
• Identify and report any maintenance issues or safety hazards observed during cleaning activities.
• Respect client privacy and confidentiality while carrying out housekeeping duties within their facilities.
• Work efficiently with minimal supervision to complete tasks within specified timeframes on weekends.
• Collaborate with other facility staff and communicate effectively to support seamless service delivery.

Requirements

• Previous housekeeping or janitorial experience preferred, especially in a facilities services environment.
• Ability to work weekends consistently and reliably.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
• Good physical fitness and stamina to perform cleaning duties, including lifting and moving equipment.
• Basic knowledge of cleaning chemicals, supplies, and safety protocols.
• Excellent time management skills and ability to work independently.
• Good communication skills and a positive, professional attitude.
