About the role
The post-holder will help to provide a cleaning service that complies with the standards as laid down by the Governing Body.
Responsible to: The Headteacher of the College
Line Manager: Cleaning Team Leader
Essential Skills:
- Good interpersonal skills: with staff, pupils, suppliers, contractors, parents, and members of the public
- Use of cleaning materials & equipment
- Knowledge of cleaning Health & Safety
Desirable Skills:
- Experience of working in a school environment
Essential Attributes:
- Ability to work as a member of a team

- Able to work on own initiative
- Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Desire to learn school systems and undertake job related training
