I'm currently recruiting on behalf of my client for an enthusiastic and reliable Assembly Operative to join their growing production team based in Appleby Magna. The RoleAs an Assembly Operative, you'll be responsible for assembling specialist cable sets using hand tools, following production specifications, and ensuring every product meets exceptional quality standards.
Key responsibilities include:
✔ Hardworking and dependable
✔ Highly focused with excellent attention to detail
✔ Comfortable using hand tools
✔ Able to work accurately and consistently
✔ Possess good hand-eye coordination
✔ Previous assembly or production experience would be advantageous, but not essential
✔ Keen to learn and develop new skills within manufacturing
