Job Title: General Construction Labourer

Location: Ashford, Kent (TN23 / TN24)

Start Date: October 2026

Contract Duration: On- going

Pay Rate: £13.50 - £15.00 per hour (dependent on experience and pay type)

We are looking for a reliable, hard-working General Labourer to start this October on a major long-term residential housing project in Ashford.

This is an excellent opportunity to secure steady, full-time work ahead of the winter months, offering predictable hours and ongoing work alongside an established contractor.

• Assisting various sub-contractors (bricklayers, carpenters, groundworkers) across the site.

• Unloading deliveries, moving materials, and keeping trades supplied.

• Maintaining clean and safe access routes, walkways, and work zones.

• Sorting construction waste and managing site recycling skips.

• Following all site health & safety procedures and wearing full PPE at all times.

• Valid CSCS Card (Essential).

• Full PPE (Steel toe-cap boots, high-vis vest/jacket, hard hat, and gloves).

• Previous experience working on commercial or residential construction sites preferred.

• Strong work ethic, reliable attendance, and good communication skills.

• Must be physically fit and capable of heavy lifting.

• Right to work in the UK.

• Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM (40-45 hours per week).

• Start Date: Early October 2026.

• Duration: Ongoing

• Weekly pay via CIS or PAYE.
