Are you an experienced Nursery Practitioner with a passion for supporting babies and toddlers during the most important stages of their development?
We are recruiting on behalf of a warm, welcoming nursery near Cranleigh looking for a caring and enthusiastic practitioner to join their Baby Room team, working with children aged 6 months to 2 years. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone seeking a part-time role with the possibility of moving into a full-time position from January.
Key Responsibilities

Provide exceptional care and support for children aged 6 months to 2 years
Create engaging activities that encourage learning and development
Support children’s emotional, social and physical development
Maintain a safe, nurturing and stimulating environment
Work closely with parents and the wider nursery team
Follow safeguarding and welfare requirements at all times

Requirements

Previous experience working with babies and toddlers aged 6 months to 2 years
Nursery Practitioner, Early Years Practitioner or Nursery Nurse experience preferred
Strong understanding of the EYFS framework
Enhanced DBS certificate (or willingness to obtain one)
Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle due to the nursery’s rural location
Reliable, caring and committed approach to early years education
