A global Commodity Trading business are currently seeking a Senior Business Analyst to join them on a permanent role in London. The role is to work in a small projects team between the business and IT. This will work on the ETRM (Aspect), but doesn't require previous system knowledge. Experience of working in Commodity Trading is needed. Experience working as a Senior member of a team, coaching and leading more junior members is needed for this role.
Essential Requirements:
- * Experience working as Senior Business Analyst within Financial Services
- * Experience leading, coaching or manager more junior members of the team.
- * Working experience and in-depth knowledge of Commodity Trading (Metals, Oils and Derivatives ideally)
- * Strong Change Management and SDLC knowledge and a proven ability of working between the business and technology
- * Experience or knowledge of ETRMS - ideally including Aspect
- * Very strong written and communication skills
- * Excellent global stakeholder management skills
