Employment Solicitor

A highly regarded and well-established law firm is looking to appoint an Associate or Senior Associate to join its Employment team.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a respected practice with a strong reputation for quality work and client service. You’ll work alongside an experienced team on a varied caseload, with excellent opportunities for career progression, client development and increased responsibility.

Key Responsibilities

• Advise on a broad range of contentious and non-contentious employment matters.
• Manage employment tribunal claims and related disputes.
• Draft, review and negotiate employment documentation.
• Provide commercially focused advice to a varied client base.
• Develop strong client relationships and contribute to business development.
• Support and supervise junior colleagues where appropriate.

About You

• Qualified Solicitor or CILEX with relevant Employment experience.
• Strong technical knowledge and experience managing your own caseload.
• Employment Tribunal experience is desirable.
• Excellent communication and client management skills.
• Commercially minded with a proactive approach to business development.
