We are seeking a dedicated SEND Administrator to provide comprehensive, efficient, and confidential administrative support to our Special Educational Needs Co-ordinator (SENDCo) and SEND team.
Are you a highly organised administration professional looking for an impactful part-time role? We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented SEND Administrator to join our Academy team for 22.5 hours per week.
Your number one priority in this role will be managing and completing the paperwork for JCQ Inspections, for all of the Academy's Access Arrangements, ensuring our students get the support they need to thrive. You will need to undertake annual training to understand annual updates from JCQ in relation to the supporting paperwork. You will work across the whole Academy to collate evidence from classroom teachers and work alongside the SENDCo, SLT including of exams and Exams and Data Manager.
If you are deadline-driven, possess excellent administrative skill and love working in a collaborative environment, we want to hear from you. In this vital role, you will be the backbone of our SEND provision. You will coordinate essential administrative processes, manage confidential pupil records, and serve as a professional point of contact for parents, carers and external agencies.
