We are looking for a highly organised and customer-focused Candidate Onboarding Partner to join our growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with experience in onboarding, recruitment compliance, administration, or customer service who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and making a real difference to candidate journeys. About the Role As a Candidate Onboarding Partner, you will manage the entire onboarding process from offer acceptance through to start date. You will ensure candidates are fully compliant, legally cleared to work, and supported throughout their journey. Working closely with Recruitment Consultants, Candidate Management Partners, and external agency partners, you will play a key role in delivering an outstanding candidate experience while maintaining the highest compliance standards. What You'll Be Doing Managing all onboarding activities, including right to work checks, DBS checks, references, safeguarding, training, declarations, and compliance documentation. Monitoring onboarding progress and ensuring all deadlines are met. Ensuring candidates are fully cleared and ready to start on time. Resolving queries quickly and effectively through phone and email communication. Maintaining accurate, audit-ready records. Ensuring compliance with legal, contractual, and internal requirements. Identifying and escalating compliance concerns where necessary. Working closely with recruitment teams to ensure smooth candidate transitions. Communicating onboarding progress and managing any potential delays. Building strong relationships with suppliers, candidates, and internal stakeholders. Taking a proactive and consultative approach to removing onboarding barriers. Contributing to team targets, service levels, and operational improvements.What We're Looking For Essential Skills & Experience Experience within onboarding, recruitment compliance, administration, or a similar role. Understanding of pre-employment screening and compliance processes. Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively. Confidence using systems, databases, and digital platforms. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
