The Role

As a Lettings Negotiator, you will:

• Register and qualify prospective tenants
• Match applicants with suitable properties and arrange viewings
• Proactively contact applicants regarding new property instructions
• Build strong relationships with tenants and landlords
• Negotiate offers between tenants and landlords
• Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the lettings process
• Follow up enquiries and maximise opportunities
• Contribute to the overall growth and success of the branch

Lettings Negotiator requirements:

• Previous experience as a Lettings Negotiator within Estate Agency
• Strong knowledge of the residential lettings process
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Strong customer service and relationship-building skills
• Proactive and organised approach to your workload
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a successful team
• Motivated and driven to achieve results
• Passionate about developing a career within the property industry
