We're recruiting for a Sales Negotiator to join a successful and growing business with a strong reputation for delivering exceptional customer service and results across Lancashire.

This is an exciting opportunity for a driven and ambitious sales professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, building strong relationships and working towards targets within a successful and expanding team.

The Role

As a Sales Negotiator, you will:

• Book and conduct property viewings
• Register and qualify applicants
• Match buyers with suitable properties
• Negotiate offers between buyers and vendors
• Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers, vendors and prospective clients
• Proactively follow up enquiries and maximise sales opportunities
• Deliver outstanding customer service throughout the sales process
• Support the wider team in achieving branch targets
• Contribute to the continued growth and success of the business

Sales Negotiator requirements:

• Previous experience within a sales-based role
• Previous Estate Agency experience would be advantageous
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Confident and professional approach when dealing with clients
• Comfortable working within a busy, fast-paced team environment
• Motivated, ambitious and target-driven mindset
• Proactive approach with a strong work ethic
• Excellent relationship-building skills
• Full UK driving licence is essential

Working hours

• Full time 
• Monday–Friday, 8:30am–5:30pm
• Alternative Saturdays, with ½ day in lieu
