About the role

Job summary

Working in a team with Craig Fielding the Processing Operations Analyst will play a critical role in the delivery of home ownership products by ensuring the smooth and compliant administration of the post-sales processes whilst maintaining high standards of service and legal compliance. You will be joining our highly skilled team who are committed to making positive change by ensuring fair outcomes for customers and supporting the effective management of third-party service providers.

Craig believes in delivering a first-class customer service, resolving day-to-day queries informally wherever possible, taking an innovative and creative approach to addressing issues. Job description

This is a rare chance to shape the future in a fast growing, national organisation with real social purpose. Working with key stakeholders such as our legal team and third-party suppliers you will ensure compliant administration of the post-sales processes.

There are some exciting projects to get involved with and this is an excellent opportunity to balance day to day delivery whilst bringing innovative solutions to day-to-day processes by identifying inefficiencies and proposing changes to enhance performance and outcomes.

Person specification

You'll be comfortable supporting with administering legal or financial processes and have a good understanding of contract management and working with third-party service providers. You will be proficient in preparing reports and presenting performance data to inform decision-making.
