We’re supporting one of the leading UK and Global Facilities Management service providers on a Project Management appointment in London, delivering critical infrastructure upgrades (Mechanical & Electrical) to high profile sites within the banking and finance sector.

We’re looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead a range of Mechanical and Electrical plant replacement and upgrade works at critical sites in and around the City of London.

You’ll also be responsible for developing a strong working relationship with the client, and looking at further works to bid for within the framework agreement.

A mechanical or electrical background is essential for this role, and we are ideally seeking a PM with experience in delivering M&E upgrade works within a critical banking setting.

Works will typically range between £100k – £4million and includes chiller replacement, boiler replacements, fire alarm upgrades and BMS.

A base in or around London is required, able to travel into the City regularly 4 days per week, with a day of remote working.
