We’re supporting one of the leading UK and Global Facilities Management service providers on a Project Management appointment in London, working with some of their key customers to deliver a range of M&E upgrade works.

We’re looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead a range of Mechanical and Electrical plant replacement and upgrade works at multiple different sites across London. Sites are made up of laboratory and scientific research space, with some office and communal areas.

The PM will work closely with a select number of clients to develop a strong working relationship and develop a pipeline of further works.

A mechanical or electrical background is essential for this role, along with a strong commercial background, able to demonstrate managing and working to budgets throughout the project duration.

Works will typically range between £50k – £2million and the PM will manage multiple different projects at any one time across the portfolio.

A base in or around London is desirable, so that you have good access to all sites as well as the main head office in Central London. Our client is happy to accommodate some remote working although a regular site presence of three to four days p/w is essential within this role.
