About the role
General Manager – Up to £70K – Large Premium Pub & Hotel – Kent
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced General Manager to take the lead at a large, high-volume premium pub and hospitality venue in Kent.
This is a large operation with a strong food and drink offering which will open in early 2027 with a new 40-bedroom hotel.
We’re looking for a commercially focused and highly experienced General Manager who can take full ownership of the operation.

- Strong commercial understanding with experience managing budgets, labour, P&L and overall venue performance
- Passionate about delivering exceptional food, drink and guest experiences
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to recruit, develop and retain high-performing teams
- Confident implementing systems, processes and operational standards
- Able to successfully manage a complex, multi-faceted operation
- Comfortable working closely with senior leadership while taking full ownership at venue level
- A hands-on, energetic leader who thrives in a busy hospitality environment
