Accounts Payable Officer

We are looking for a bright and enthusiastic Accounts Payable Officer to join an experienced legal finance team at a renowned international law firm. 

Our client has a history going back to the late 1800s when they were established in the City of London. They opened their first overseas office in the 1970s and now have offices in ten locations across the globe. With over 500 lawyers worldwide, they are a dynamic, commercial firm and leaders in their specialist business areas.

Responsibilities

• Process disbursements and professional fee invoices
• Perform daily payment runs in multiple currencies
• Uploading payments onto Elite 3E PMS
• Responding to and resolving internal and external payment queries. 
• Track unpaid items and produce regular reports
• Handle remittance advices
• Ad-hoc duties as and when they arise

Candidate Profile

• At least two years’ experience in legal accounts
• Experience with Elite PMS is preferable but not essential 
• Knowledge of SAR and VAT rules
• Microsoft office competent
• Excellent communicator and team player
• Self-motivated and confident in their own ability
