Ready to take a successful multi-site food and beverage operation to the next level?

We're looking for an experienced Head of Food & Beverage to lead the commercial F&B strategy across a growing UK hospitality and leisure business.

The foundations are already strong. Now we're looking for a commercially sharp multi-site F&B leader who can drive revenue, increase spend per head, improve margins and develop an even better customer offer.

The Role

You'll take ownership of F&B performance across multiple UK locations, including:

• Developing the overall Food & Beverage strategy

• Driving revenue, profitability and spend per head

• Developing ranges, pricing, promotions and new concepts

• Improving margin, merchandising and customer experience

• Managing suppliers, contracts and commercial negotiations

• Identifying new partnerships and revenue opportunities

• Using data and insight to improve performance

• Ensuring food safety, allergen and licensing compliance

• Leading, coaching and developing your team

About You

You'll be an experienced Head of F&B, Group F&B Manager, Commercial F&B Manager or senior multi-site hospitality leader with:

• Proven multi-site Food & Beverage experience

• A strong track record of growing revenue and profitability

• Excellent commercial and supplier negotiation skills

• Experience launching new products, ranges or concepts

• Strong analytical and financial understanding

• Good knowledge of F&B compliance

• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills

• Flexibility to travel regularly across the UK

Experience within hospitality, leisure, hotels, restaurants, pubs, visitor attractions, holiday parks or entertainment would be particularly relevant.
