Taunton, Somerset | £12.71-£13.75 per hour DOE | Monday-Friday | 35 Hours per Week | Permanent | Immediate Start

We are currently recruiting for a Lab Technician to join a small, friendly team within a production environment in Taunton.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with previous experience working with chemicals who is looking to develop their skills within a technical and hands-on role.

• Permanent position.

• £12.71-£13.75 per hour, depending on experience.

• 35 hours per week.

• Monday to Friday day shifts.

• Immediate start available.

• Full training on the company's specific processes and equipment.

• Clean, test and etch small components and assemblies.

• Handle chemicals safely, including bulk handling of materials up to 25kg.

• Follow production processes and work instructions.

• Work in line with Health & Safety and COSHH requirements.

• Maintain a clean, safe and organised working environment.

• Work as part of a small team to meet production requirements.

• Carry out tasks with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.

• Previous experience working with chemicals, preferably within a production or manufacturing environment.

• Experience handling chemical materials, including weights of up to 25kg.

• Good understanding of Health & Safety and COSHH procedures.

• Excellent attention to detail and a methodical approach to work.

• Ability to follow detailed processes and instructions.

• Reliable, flexible and positive attitude.

• Ability to work effectively as part of a small team.
