Our client is seeking motivated Japanese and English-speaking professionals to join their Global Fulfilment Team based in West London.
This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates or early-career professionals looking to build a career within the market research, consulting, or professional services industry. Successful candidates will begin their journey with a comprehensive 12-week training programme designed to equip them with the skills and knowledge required to succeed as an Associate.
Start Date: November 2026
Identify and recruit industry experts to join the company's global network.
Assess internal databases to identify suitable experts for client projects.
Conduct market and industry research across multiple sectors.
Identify, evaluate, and qualify experts based on client requirements.
Present suitable candidates for specific client engagements.
Manage communications with experts and clients.
Coordinate meetings and consultations between experts and project stakeholders.
Prioritise multiple projects while maintaining high service standards.
Develop a strong understanding of compliance requirements and industry regulations.
Ensure all engagements adhere to company and client standards.
Build relationships with senior industry professionals globally.
Apply research techniques to source relevant expertise and support client decision-making.
Manage project timelines and deliverables across multiple assignments.
Understand client objectives and provide tailored solutions to meet their needs.
Develop strong negotiation skills to secure successful expert engagements and positive outcomes for all parties.

The ideal candidate will possess:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

The ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
Working Conditions
Location: West London
Working Hours: 9:00–18:00
Salary: From £27,000
