EXAMS COORDINATOR
£34,319 - £36,974 FTE (actual around £30,425.11 - £32,778.87)
37 Hours and 41 weeks per year (possible flexibility around hours) - Based at our Wendover site

You're never on your own: you'll work closely with our SENDCo, therapies team and Trust Data Lead and Exams and Data Assistant.
Build real expertise in JCQ access arrangements, exams administration and student wellbeing support, with full training given.

The role
Coordinating access arrangements with our SENDCo. Delivering exam-prep and study skills sessions with the therapies team. Running exam rooms, invigilation and secure script dispatch. Supporting mocks, coursework, BTEC and standardised testing like CAT4. All to Trust and JCQ standards.
About you
GCSE English and Maths 4 (or equivalent) and a Level 3 qualification, or equivalent experience. Calm, discreet and resilient, especially around exam anxiety. Understanding of ASC, SEMH and EBSA needs. Experience of exam administration, invigilation or supporting SEND students is a bonus, not a must, full training given.
