National Account Manager

Role: National Account Manager
Location: Remote day-to-day with Nationwide Travel.
Package: Up to £55,000 basic + Bonus + Car

Technical Resources are excited to be partnering with a major Fire & Security engineering business who deliver enterprise fire and security solutions for clients in the blue-chip commercial, banking and healthcare sectors.

They require two National Account Manager’s who are customer-focussed to join their growing team. Location can be flexible for the right candidate, as long as there is an understanding that there will be nationwide travel required.

Main duties:

- To support multiple key customer accounts, responsible for ensuring a multi-million pound P&L is maintained and further developed.
- Having ownership for quality of service delivery for the contract. Ensuring we meet the customers contractual obligations referencing delivery of PPM, Reactive calls and additional small works, remedials.
- Hold regular customer meetings to review contractual performance and any agreed KPI’s
- Identify upsell/cross sell opportunities across fire systems, security systems, monitoring, service & maintenance, and project works.
- Being a face of the business for the customer. Ensuring SLA adherence, compliance, risk management, and contract renewal readiness.

Requirements:

- Proven experience as an Account Manager, working with Nationwide accounts within the Fire and Security industry.

- A successful track record of growing key accounts and maximising profitability.
