Are you an experienced Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) looking for a new opportunity this academic year?
We are currently recruiting for an HLTA to join a school in Rotherham.
The Role

• Support teaching and learning across the school.
• Lead lessons and cover classes when required.
• Work alongside teachers to support pupils’ progress and development.
• Provide support to individuals and small groups.
• Help maintain a positive and engaging classroom environment.

Contract Options

• Part Time: ASAP until October Half Term

The Ideal Candidate

• Previous experience working as an HLTA or in a similar senior TA position.
• Confident leading lessons and managing a classroom.
• Strong communication and behaviour management skills.
• Able to build positive relationships with pupils and staff.
• Passionate about supporting children and their learning.
