Year 3 Teacher Required for a Chester Primary School

Desian Education is proud to be working in partnership with a welcoming and high-achieving primary school in Chester that is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Year 3 Teacher to join their team on a long-term basis.

This is an excellent opportunity to make a real impact in a supportive Key Stage 2 environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering engaging lessons, fostering a love of learning and helping pupils achieve their full potential during this important stage of their primary education.

The role is suitable for both experienced teachers and Early Career Teachers (ECTs) who are passionate about providing high-quality education.

Your new role

The successful Year 3 Teacher will:

• Plan and deliver creative and engaging lessons in line with the National Curriculum.
• Create a positive, inclusive and stimulating classroom environment.
• Monitor and assess pupil progress effectively.
• Differentiate learning to meet the needs of all pupils.
• Maintain high expectations of behaviour and achievement.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues, parents and school leaders.
• Contribute positively to the wider life of the school.

What you will need: 

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• Recent experience teaching across KS1&KS2
• Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willing to obtain one)
• Satisfactory References
