This is a fantastic opportunity to become the lead technical person on site, overseeing commercial and industrial Solar PV installations whilst continuing to carry out the electrical installation work yourself. As an Electrical Site Supervisor, you’ll be the go-to technical person on site. You’ll be installing Solar PV systems alongside the team, whilst providing technical guidance, answering questions and helping engineers overcome any issues that arise during installation. You won’t be sitting back managing from a distance, this is a hands-on role for someone who has the knowledge and confidence to lead from the front, take ownership of the installation and be the person the team turns to when they need support. With continued growth and a strong pipeline of projects, this is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Solar Electrician looking to take on more responsibility without moving away from the technical and hands-on side of the job. As an Electrical Site Supervisor, your responsibilities will include: * Leading from the front by carrying out commercial Solar PV installations across rooftop and ground-mounted projects * Acting as the lead technical person on site, providing guidance and support to engineers and resolving installation or electrical issues * Installing containment, connecting string inverters and completing associated electrical works whilst overseeing the wider installation * Carrying out testing, inspection, fault finding and commissioning whilst ensuring work is completed safely and to a high standard The successful Electrical Site Supervisor should have: * Proven experience installing commercial & Industrial Solar PV systems with strong technical electrical knowledge * Strong Solar PV installation experience and the ability to act as the technical point of contact for the team on site  * NVQ Level 3, 18th Edition and relevant electrical qualifications * Full UK Driving Licence and willingness to cover Kent and the M25 Please apply now to Harley Reynolds at Accelerated People Management for immediate consideration.
