Together, you'll be driving the vision and execution of Mirakl's Financial Services products — from payments to embedded banking — to deliver outstanding value to marketplace operators and sellers worldwide. Your Impact Day-to -day, you will define with the Financial Services team the short and long-term roadmap for features within your scope: Identify new features and evolve existing ones to improve our clients' performance Build and maintain market and product analyses to identify functional gaps and investments to be made Manage, prioritize and optimize the functional backlog for the development team Collect customer feedback and anticipate their future needs Champion AI-native product practices: use our AI stack (Claude Cowork, Gemini, Dust, n8n) across discovery, spec writing and delivery, and proactively propose process improvements to increase the squad's velocity and quality. Collaborate and act as an ambassador with stakeholders: The Engineering Manager and development squad during design workshops Legal and business teams to launch the most viable solutions possible Data Science and Product Design teams to imagine new intelligent features and integrate them into the existing product ecosystem Marketing and Go To Market teams to drive launches, create and contribute to internal and external training and support materials Product and Recruitment teams to participate in recruiting and coaching Product Managers at Mirakl to nurture our Product culture What You'll Bring to the Role Experience: 4–6+ years of experience in Product Management Proven track record within a SaaS software company Significant experience with financial products and processes: factoring/cash advances, billing and collection mechanisms, payment systems, lending platforms, and embedded banking integrations Hands-on familiarity with API design and integration ecosystems Bonus: experience in a marketplace environment Skills: Product roadmap ownership & backlog prioritization Financial product expertise (payments, lending, embedded banking) Data-driven decision-making Stakeholder communication & cross-functional collaboration Agile methodologies (SCRUM, Kanban) Tech Stack Product Management : ProductBoard, Heap Analytics, Jira, Figma, Hotjar, Zendesk, Slack, Google Suite AI : Claude Cowork, Google Gemini, Dust, n8n Languages French: Full professional proficiency English: Full professional proficiency Our Hiring Process We warmly encourage you to apply to any of our roles, even if you think you're not an exact match.
