Conveyancing Paralegal/ Junior Fee Earner

Altrincham, UK Clayton Legal Altrincham | £27,000-£32,000 DOE | Predominantly Office-Based A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Paralegal or Junior Fee Earner to join a well-established and growing Residential Property team in Altrincham. This role is ideal for someone with at least six months' conveyancing experience who is looking to develop their career within a supportive and collaborative firm. Working alongside an experienced conveyancing solicitor, you will assist with and progress a varied caseload of residential property matters, including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity and new build transactions. You will be involved throughout the transaction, from instruction through to post-completion, preparing legal documentation, liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders and solicitors, and ensuring files are progressed efficiently while maintaining exceptional client care. The successful candidate will have 2yrs previous experience as a Conveyancing Paralegal, Legal Assistant or Junior Fee Earner, with a strong understanding of the residential conveyancing process. Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail and confident communication are essential, as you'll be working closely with both clients and colleagues in a busy office environment. In return, the firm offers a salary of £27,000-£32,000 depending on experience, ongoing training and career development, and the opportunity to gain exposure to a diverse and high-quality residential property caseload within a friendly and professional team
