We are looking to recruit an enthusiastic Assistant Product Manager to join our Oxygen & Aerosol Therapy product management team. This is an exciting opportunity to work within a thriving medical device company, supporting the development and management of a respiratory product portfolio used by health care professionals around the world.
Working alongside the Group Product Manager, you will be involved with the technical support, sales and marketing of all products within the Oxygen & Aerosol Therapy Group.
As part of this role, you will be involved in the entire product lifecycle. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to be involved in product development, marketing and customer engagement. Making this role ideal for someone looking to build a career in medical device product management.
What you'll be doing
Support the management and development of the Oxygen & Aerosol Therapy product portfolio.
Research market trends, customer needs and clinical evidence.
Assist with new product development projects from concept through to launch.
Help develop product literature, eLearning modules, instructions for use and labelling.
Maintain clinical evidence and marketing claims to support product positioning.
Help to provide technical and clinical support to internal teams, distributors and customers.
Review the latest clinical research and translate evidence into practical product support.
Help to deliver product training and presentations to sales teams and healthcare professionals.
If required attend international exhibitions, customer meetings and clinical evaluations.
Work closely with R&D, Regulatory, Technical, Manufacturing and Commercial teams to bring new products to market.

Has strong attention to detail with an appreciation for quality and compliance.
Is willing to travel if required to support customers, exhibitions and training.

Essential Experience/Qualifications
Degree or experience in a relevant discipline such as Life Sciences, Biomedical Science, Healthcare, Product, Marketing, Medical device company or a related subject.
Knowledge and understanding of Microsoft Office applications and Canva
Desirable Experience/Qualifications
Experience within a medical device or healthcare environment
Clinical knowledge or understanding of respiratory care
Experience in product management, marketing or technical support.
Experience creating marketing materials or digital content
Experience using Canva, Adobe or similar

40 hours per week
Monday to Friday
Office based
