Noble Recruiting is looking for an experienced Mechanical Project Manager to join an established Building Services provider based in Essex. As the business continues to expand across the Commercial and Retail sectors, you will manage the successful delivery of mechanical installations, including public health systems, ventilation, LTHW, CHW and air conditioning systems.

You will ensure every project is completed on time, within budget and to the highest standard.

Key responsibilities:

• Managing mechanical projects from planning through to completion
• Overseeing employed teams, self employed workers and subcontractors
• Managing project budgets, schedules and resources
• Working with the commercial and procurement teams
• Communicating with clients, contractors and project stakeholders
• Providing technical expertise throughout project delivery
• Resolving problems quickly and effectively

Experience

• Recent experience as a Mechanical Project Manager
• A trade background as a Pipefitter or Plumber
• Strong knowledge of mechanical building services installations
• Experience within Commercial or Retail projects
• Excellent organisation and communication skills
• A proactive approach with strong attention to detail
