RG Setsquare is working with a Housing Association, directly, supporting them with hiring a number of roles, including this position.

This is a role that is available ASAP, offering a secure and permanent role, carrying out planned property maintenance, bias toward general building, such as disabled adaptations, ramps, carpentry, wet trades - an all rounded role - duties including driving a company van, operating specifically in occupied homes across the local Nottingham area.

The working week is as follows: 40 hours per week Monday - Friday with 30 minutes per day unpaid lunch

A Van and fuel card provided along with power tools, a mobile phone and company uniform.

As this is working in occupied homes, we will be required to complete a standard DBS for all successfully applicants prior to them starting in any role with this Housing Association.

Qualifications:

NVQ 2 or equivalent in a trade - ideally bricklaying, but others 100% considered
Full UK driving License
Asbestos Awareness - if yours has expired or you do not have one, we can arrange for this to be completed
