We are hiring for Carpenter (Mobile) covering north.

Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm.

Salary: £41k, 28 Days Holiday

Start date: ASAP

Our North London region is one of our largest operational areas, covering Hackney, Islington, Kensington and Chelsea and Barnet and Enfield. They will be expected to work across the wider region ad hoc to support service delivery.

You will begin the day from your home address where you will travel to jobs which are distributed to your PDA (hand-held device).

Customer satisfaction is of the utmost importance and as a first line of contact to our residents we expect you to have outstanding customer service and ability to deliver a right first-time service. Limiting follow ons and increasing satisfaction.

Our in-house maintenance team core hours are Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm in general. There is the opportunity to earn more from call outs and out of hours service.

Responsibilities:

• The role will be dealing with all aspects of internal/external window repairs including single and double glazing, repairs to doors, lock refits and repairs.
• Sound working trade knowledge and experience
• Experience gained within a Maintenance, site and or Housing environment.
• Carpentry skills will be required for you to fulfil this role.
• Able to deliver excellent customer service
• Right first-time approach
• Health and Safety Conscious
• Previous experience in a similar role
• Driving License needed
• Wide range of Multi trade skills
