Site Manager Required | Leeds University

RG Set Square is seeking an experienced Site Manager for a project at Leeds University, overseeing the dismantling and removal of two modular buildings located on campus.

We are ideally looking for a candidate with previous modular construction experience. However, we would also welcome applications from experienced construction Site Managers who are confident in managing building dismantling works, coordinating crane operations, and ensuring all activities are completed safely and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the dismantling and removal of two modular buildings.
• Manage and coordinate crane lifting operations.
• Ensure all RAMS (Risk Assessments and Method Statements) are in place and adhered to.
• Maintain high standards of Health & Safety throughout the project.
• Coordinate the safe isolation and removal of all services connected to the temporary cabins.
• Liaise with relevant stakeholders to ensure works are completed in line with project requirements.

Essential Requirements:

• SMSTS
• CSCS Card
• First Aid at Work
• Standard or Enhanced DBS Check
• Strong Health & Safety knowledge and site management experience
