About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Store Manager to lead a flagship retail operation at Highpoint Shopping Centre.

This is a high-profile leadership opportunity for an energetic retail professional who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment and understands what it takes to deliver exceptional commercial results through people.
With a team of approximately 24 employees, you will be a visible and hands-on leader, responsible for creating a high-performing culture while maintaining strong operational standards and delivering an outstanding, consultative customer experience.

You will be equally comfortable on the shop floor engaging with customers and coaching your team as you are managing the operational detail behind the scenes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, inspire and develop a team of approximately 24 retail professionals.
• Drive sales performance, KPIs, conversion, average transaction value and overall store profitability.
• Be highly visible and hands-on on the shop floor, leading by example.
• Deliver a premium, consultative customer experience and ensure consistently high service standards.
• Coach the team to build meaningful customer relationships rather than simply transact.
• Develop a strong culture of accountability, engagement, collaboration and performance.
• Manage all operational aspects of the flagship store, including rostering, stock management, visual merchandising, compliance and store standards.
• Analyse sales and performance data to identify opportunities and implement strategies to achieve targets.
• Recruit, onboard, coach and develop team members, identifying future leaders within the business.
• Manage performance effectively while maintaining a positive and inclusive team environment.
• Partner with senior leadership and support functions to execute broader business initiatives.
• Ensure the store consistently reflects the brand's values, presentation and customer proposition.

About You:

We are looking for a strong retail leader who can balance commercial performance with genuine people leadership.

You will ideally bring:

• Proven experience as a Store Manager within a high-volume, premium or flagship retail environment.
• Experience leading large teams, ideally 15–25+ employees.
• A strong commercial mindset with a demonstrated ability to deliver against sales and KPI targets.
• Excellent operational capability and attention to detail.
• A genuine passion for customer service and consultative selling.
• The confidence and energy to be highly visible and hands-on within the store.
• Strong coaching and people-development skills.
• The ability to motivate different personalities and create a cohesive, engaged team.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities.
• A solutions-focused approach and the resilience to thrive in a busy flagship environment.
