The Company
You’ll join a global events business that produces a large portfolio of events worldwide. The team delivers exclusive, invitation-only meetings for senior decision-makers across the data and customer experience industries, creating a highly engaging environment where you’ll build relationships with influential professionals. The Role
As a Graduate Delegate Sales Executive, you’ll help research, engage and attract senior executives to exclusive industry events. You’ll receive structured training in sales, value-based selling and the events industry, developing valuable skills across prospecting, pitching, relationship management and closing. From researching markets and identifying prospective clients through to attending events and building relationships face-to-face, you’ll take ownership of the full sales cycle. It’s a target-driven role with uncapped earning potential, international travel opportunities and plenty of room to grow, making it ideal if you’re commercially minded, ambitious and motivated to build a successful career in sales.
- Research markets to understand industry trends and challenges and communicate these insights to senior executives.
- Identify and engage senior decision-makers through prospecting, calls, email and other relevant channels.
- Build and maintain relationships with existing and prospective clients throughout the sales cycle.
- Manage the full sales process, from initial prospecting and pitching through to closing.
- Develop your commercial and consultative sales skills, including value-based selling.
- Maintain accurate client and prospect information using the company CRM.
- Attend exclusive international events, network with industry professionals and strengthen client relationships face-to-face.

- Starting salary of £27,000, with commission and bonuses; expected earnings of £35,000 in year one.
