Eastern Education Group is seeking an experienced and proactive Group Health and Safety Business Partner to deliver professional, high-quality health and safety support across our organisation. This is a high-profile role requiring visible leadership, expert guidance and a collaborative approach across multiple sites.
Acting as an internal consultant, you will coach and influence managers to fulfil their responsibilities, lead health and safety priorities within business plans, and oversee risk assessment and incident management systems. You will conduct workplace assessments, manage audits and inspections, ensure robust investigation of incidents, and develop impactful training initiatives. Working closely with internal teams and contractors, you will analyse performance data, identify trends and drive continuous improvement, while supporting procurement processes, contributing to strategic objectives and deputising for the Group Head of Health & Safety when required.
