Job Overview

We are looking for a skilled and reliable Carpenter to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out carpentry and joinery work to a high standard, following drawings and project specifications while maintaining a safe working environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out general carpentry and joinery work.

• Read and interpret technical drawings and measurements.

• Install doors, frames, skirting, flooring, fixtures and fittings.

• Construct, repair and maintain wooden structures.

• Measure, cut and shape timber and other materials accurately.

• Work efficiently to meet project deadlines.

• Maintain high standards of quality and workmanship.

• Follow all health and safety procedures on site.

• Keep tools and work areas clean and organised.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Carpenter or Joiner.

• Relevant qualification such as NVQ, City & Guilds, or equivalent.

• Valid Blue CSCS card where required.

• Good knowledge of carpentry tools, materials and techniques.
