Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable Maintenance Technician to carry out general building maintenance, repairs, and inspections to ensure facilities are safe, functional, and well-maintained.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine building maintenance and inspections.
• Carry out basic electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and painting repairs.
• Respond to maintenance requests and resolve issues promptly.
• Diagnose faults and carry out corrective repairs.
• Maintain heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems where required.
• Ensure all maintenance activities comply with health and safety regulations.
• Keep accurate records of maintenance work completed.
• Report major defects and recommend necessary repairs or replacements.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in general building maintenance or as a Maintenance Technician.
• Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and mechanical systems.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve maintenance issues efficiently.
• Good understanding of health and safety procedures.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively.

Desirable:

• Relevant maintenance, electrical, mechanical, or building services qualification.
• Experience working in commercial, industrial, or residential facilities.

Summary:
The Maintenance Technician is responsible for ensuring buildings, equipment, and facilities remain operational through preventative maintenance, repairs, and general upkeep.
