About the role
Eden Brown are seeking a highly efficient Income Officer on a permanent contract situated in Manchester
The role is hybrid, though expectations to go in the office might vary to 2-3 times per month. A quarterly meeting in Coventry is expected
The role as Income Officer will include (though exclusively)
- Managing all aspects of the Income process which includes Collection, Chasing Arrears up to court stage
- Managing and processing Rent accounts
- Invoicing and processing
- Dealing with Rent Audits
