# Grounds Maintenance Operative

Location: Dingwall (IV15) - Covering Inverness & the Highlands
Job Type: Seasonal (Until October) - Potential for Permanent Employment
Hours: Approximately 45 hours per week
Start Time: 7:00am-7:30am
Finish Time: 4:00pm-5:00pm

We are currently recruiting for an experienced **Grounds Maintenance Operative** to join our client's team based in the **Dingwall (IV15)** area. This is a fantastic opportunity to work across a variety of sites throughout **Inverness and the Highlands**.

Transport is provided, with **daily pick-up from your home**, making this an ideal role for candidates across the local area.

Key Responsibilities

* Grass cutting and strimming
* Hedge trimming and pruning
* Weed control and general grounds maintenance
* Litter picking and site clearance
* Maintaining high standards across commercial and public outdoor spaces
* Operating grounds maintenance equipment safely and efficiently

Requirements

* Previous grounds maintenance or landscaping experience is essential.
* Candidates without a driving licence will still be considered if they have strong relevant experience.
* Reliable, hardworking, and able to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
* Good teamwork and communication skills.
