RG Setsquare are working in partnership with a leading Social Housing organisation based in Leeds. We are looking to appoint an enthusiastic Administrator to join their Property department, to provide a full administrative and coordination role within their Property Support department. You will be providing support across facilities, estates, asset management and compliance activities.
This would suit someone who can come in and hit the ground running who needs minimal support or training. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with an organisation who provide affordable homes for people across Yorkshire and to work in a highly focused driven team allowing you to gain further exposure and play a pivotal role.


Your new role as Administrator:

As the Administrator, your role will involve supporting the Facilities and Compliance Manger, Assets & Sustainability Manager and Estates Team Leader with a range of administrative duties, including raising work orders and purchase orders, liaising with contractors and customers, maintaining records, and supporting service delivery across the Property department.


The Experience & Qualifications Required:

You will possess strong administration skills, excellent communication and strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and meeting deadlines. Experience within housing, property services, facilities management, maintenance, compliance, or contract administration environments would be highly desirable.
