My client is currently recruiting experienced and reliable Multi Trade Operatives to join their growing responsive repairs and maintenance team. This is an excellent opportunity to secure a long-term position working within occupied social housing properties, carrying out a variety of repair and maintenance tasks to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out plastering repairs and maintenance work to a high standard
• Undertake basic plumbing repairs and minor installations
• Complete carpentry repairs, adjustments, and general joinery tasks
• Carry out a wide range of reactive maintenance and property repairs
• Work efficiently within occupied and tenanted properties
• Ensure all work is completed safely, professionally, and in line with company standards
• Use handheld PDA systems to manage and update jobs
• Deliver excellent customer service at all times

Requirements

• Strong plastering experience (NVQ Level 2 preferred)
• Multi-skilled background with plumbing and carpentry experience desirable
• Experience working within social housing, repairs, or maintenance environments
• Ability to diagnose faults and complete repairs independently
• Good attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Experience using PDAs or mobile working technology
• NVQ / City & Guilds Level 2 or equivalent trade qualification desirable
• Full UK Driving Licence
• Able to pass a DBS check
• Professional and customer-focused approach

• Salary up to £40,660 depending on experience
