About the Role

We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Mobile Bus Shelter Cleaner to join our team. You will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of bus shelters and other public infrastructure across your designated area. This is a mobile role, and a company vehicle may be provided.

Key Responsibilities

• Clean bus shelters to a high standard, including glass panels, seating, roofs, and surrounding areas.
• Remove litter, dirt, graffiti, stickers, and fly-posters.
• Carry out pressure washing where required.
• Empty waste bins and dispose of waste safely.
• Inspect shelters for damage and report maintenance issues.
• Complete daily schedules and maintain accurate records of completed work.
• Ensure cleaning equipment and company vehicles are kept clean and in good working order.
• Follow all health and safety procedures, including the safe use of cleaning chemicals and equipment.
• Deliver excellent customer service when interacting with members of the public.

Essential Requirements

• Full UK driving licence (essential).
• Previous experience in commercial, industrial, street, or outdoor cleaning is desirable.
• Ability to work independently and manage your workload.
• Good attention to detail.
• Physically fit and able to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Reliable, punctual, and flexible.

Desirable Skills & Experience

• Experience with pressure washing equipment.
• Graffiti removal experience.
• Knowledge of COSHH and Health & Safety procedures.
• Experience working in public realm, highways, facilities management, or environmental services.
