Regional Facilities Manager (Technical Background)

£50,000-£55,000 + Vehicle | Mon-Fri, 8am-5pm | Temp to Perm | Basic DBS Required

We're recruiting for an experienced Regional Facilities Manager to oversee hard and soft FM services across a multi‑site portfolio in the North East, covering Sheffield, Tyneside, Wearside, Leeds and Blyth. The role requires a strong technical background, solid RAMS knowledge, and the ability to take full ownership of compliance, scheduling and service delivery. You'll lead FM operations across multiple sites, ensuring safe, compliant and high‑quality performance while managing PPM, reactive works, soft services, subcontractors, WIP, permits and internal teams. A self‑starter mindset, strong client‑management skills and confidence working with CAFM data are essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage regional FM delivery across hard and soft services

• Ensure compliance with KPIs, SLAs and statutory requirements

• Oversee PPM, reactive works and service scheduling

• Drive health & safety standards and RAMS compliance

• Manage subcontractors and internal teams

• Use CAFM data to identify trends and improve performance

• Build strong client relationships and ensure service excellence

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience in Facilities Management or Building Services across multi‑site portfolios

• Strong technical understanding with solid health & safety and compliance knowledge

• Confident managing subcontractors, permits, WIP and scheduling

• Excellent stakeholder and client‑management skills

• Full UK driving licence
