Job Summary

The Modular Site Manager is responsible for overseeing the safe, efficient, and timely installation of modular buildings on site. This role involves coordinating subcontractors, managing site operations, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining quality standards, and delivering projects within schedule and budget.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all on-site activities related to modular building installation.
• Coordinate deliveries, cranage, and installation sequencing.
• Supervise subcontractors and site personnel.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Conduct daily site inspections and toolbox talks.
• Monitor project progress against programme and report any delays.
• Coordinate with project managers, clients, consultants, and suppliers.
• Ensure quality standards are achieved throughout installation.
• Manage site documentation, including permits, RAMS, inspections, and progress reports.
• Resolve site issues promptly to minimise disruption.
• Ensure all works comply with relevant building regulations and project specifications.
• Manage temporary works and logistics planning.
• Oversee commissioning and handover activities.
• Maintain site security and housekeeping standards.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives across projects.

Required Qualifications

• DBS required
• Valid SMSTS certification.
• CSCS Manager Card.
• First Aid at Work certification.
