Job Responsibilities
NVQ level 2 preferred,
- Carry out day-to-day reactive groundwork repairs across social housing properties
- Complete tasks including:
- Flagging and paving repairs
- Pointing and brickwork repairs
- Minor drainage works and repairs
- Kerb and pathway reinstatement
- External concrete repairs and patching
- Support void property refurbishments, ensuring external areas are safe and presentable
- Work within occupied properties, maintaining professionalism and strong customer service
- Use PDA/job systems to update work progress and complete job sheets
- Ensure all works are carried out in line with health & safety standards
- Maintain clean and safe working areas at all times
