Role Overview:

A Traffic Marshal ensures the safe movement of vehicles and plant machinery around a site. They guide drivers, manage access points, monitor pedestrian safety, and help maintain an organised, hazard‑free environment. This role is essential on busy construction sites where visibility is limited and vehicle activity is high.

• Pay- 18/hr
• Location- BS24
• Duration - 2 years

🛠️ Key Responsibilities

• Vehicle Guidance - Direct and coordinate the movement of vehicles, plant, and deliveries using hand signals or radio communication.
  
  

• Access Control - Manage entry and exit points, ensuring only authorised personnel and vehicles enter the site.

• Pedestrian Safety - Monitor walkways and keep pedestrians separated from moving vehicles.

• Hazard Monitoring - Identify risks such as blind spots, obstructions, or unsafe behaviour and report them immediately.

• Communication - Maintain clear communication with drivers, site managers, and other workers.
  
  Required Skills amd Certification :

• Traffic Marshal/Banksman Certification (NPORS, CPCS, or equivalent)

• Strong Communication Skills - Clear verbal instructions and confident signalling
